FirstReq collects business contact data and hiring signals from publicly available sources to deliver lead intelligence for subscribed customers. We store account email, subscription status, and service-operation logs needed to run and secure the platform.

We do not execute outbound campaigns for customers. Unsubscribe handling and outbound compliance are managed by your outreach platform and internal process.

Data usage is limited to product operations, analytics, and fraud/safety controls. We do not sell raw customer account data.
